3-days Pre-Orders are currently being taken. Please allow for customer service to be in contact upon purchase of a particular item or items from the website. With fresh and preserved flowers, inventory can be seasonal and to ensure stock arrives at its freshest and most beautiful, we highly suggest customers to pre-orders ahead of time.
All standard deliveries/ advance orders are completed from Mondays to Sunday (except for public holidays, unless stated otherwise), 10AM – 6PM. In event of peak periods (Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day), our delivery service can be completed between 10AM – 8PM. Customers will be informed should there be any delays. Your understanding is required.
For advance orders, we will try our best to accommodate, but are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all of our customers and to maintain efficiency in our operations. Your understanding is required.
We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time and we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform in our obligations whereby such failure is a result of natural phenomena (severe weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood etc.) or any cause or circumstances whatsoever beyond Miss J’s reasonable control.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
Deliveries are available for any physical addresses within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. However, there is an additional surcharge for delivery will be automatically shown during checkout. We do not deliver to other states at this moment to ensure our products are at their best conditions. Under standard delivery procedure, we are unable to deliver any product addressed to a PO Box. In an event if delivery is made out of the recommended distance of 40km, we do not guarantee the condition and quality of the product to be exact from departure.
To avoid issues or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Please be aware that the delivery person will deliver the products by hand to the address provided in good faith. If the recipient fails to make contact with us or the delivery person in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to either the same address or an alternative address.
